Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional care to our patients, assisting our pharmacists with daily prescription processing, inventory management, and maintaining smooth front-end and dispensary operations. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, answer telephone inquiries, and assist with patient check-out and drop-off. Accurately data-enter prescriptions, process insurance claims, and manage refill requests. Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor for expired stock, and process returns or recalls. Adhere strictly to all state and federal pharmacy laws, HIPAA guidelines, and company safety protocols. Qualifications & Requirements Active state Pharmacy Technician license/registration in good standing. Previous retail or community pharmacy experience is a strong plus. Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and high-level accuracy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for patient care. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
