Perform blood draws and specimen collections with accuracy and confidence Provide compassionate, patient-centered care during every interaction Use our LIS system (Genuin) for patient entry, orders, and documentation Prepare and manage collection kits and supplies Ensure proper labeling, handling, and chain of custody for all specimens Support specimen transport (courier responsibilities as needed). Communicate with providers and internal teams to keep things moving What Your Day Looks Like Full time schedule - must have Saturday availability! Patient-facing collections throughout the day Real-time documentation and coordination A mix of routine + problem-solving (because healthcare is never static) Let's Be Honest — This Role Isn't for Everyone This won't be a fit if you: Are shaky on phlebotomy fundamentals Struggle with attention to detail Need constant direction or oversight Prefer slow-paced or repetitive work

Requirements:
1+ year of phlebotomy experience (required) Experience with direct patient care Strong computer skills and ability to learn systems (LIS/EMR) Reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Ability to stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organization Professional communication skills Bonus Points If You Have Phlebotomy certification, CNA, or MA Experience in specimen processing or lab environments Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems Strong time management and problem-solving skills Bottom Line You're not just drawing blood, you're a critical part of delivering accurate, timely results that patients and providers rely on.
