Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist LifeSpann Primary Care & Esthetics is seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional service.
Please note:
This position requires a minimum of one year of hands-on Medical Assistant experience. New graduates will not be considered. Responsibilities Room and prepare patients for appointments Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with confidence and accuracy Process, label, and prepare laboratory specimens Assist providers with examinations and in-office procedures Administer injections and medications as directed by the provider Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) Clean, stock, and prepare exam rooms Follow infection control and OSHA guidelines Provide excellent customer service while ensuring a positive patient experience Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience required New graduates will not be considered Medical Assistant certification preferred Current phlebotomy experience required Strong venipuncture skills with patients of all ages Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinic Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Experience with EMR systems is preferred What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping patients. Pay:
$17.00 - $23.00 per hour
