2987671296-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Sonora Quest Laboratories seeks a Test Management (Phlebotomy) Coordinator to bridge phlebotomy operations and IT systems. In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end test workflows, ensuring accurate ordering, tracking, and reporting across lab information systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, monitor quality and compliance, and troubleshoot system or data issues. Working in a collaborative, innovation-driven culture, you'll support new software enhancements, document procedures, train users, and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic, technology-focused lab environment. Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end test management workflows for phlebotomy operations Collaborate with IT, lab, and clinical teams to optimize test ordering and result workflows Maintain accuracy and integrity of test data across lab information systems Monitor quality metrics and compliance with lab and regulatory standards Troubleshoot system and process issues impacting phlebotomy test management Support implementation and enhancement of software tools used in test management Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation Train and support end-users on test management processes and systems Analyze operational data to identify process improvements Partner with stakeholders to support new test implementations and projects Required Skills Test management in clinical or laboratory setting Phlebotomy workflows and specimen handling knowledge Laboratory information systems (LIS) administration/use Healthcare or lab data quality and validation Process mapping and workflow optimization Basic SQL or data querying/reporting tools Regulatory and compliance standards in lab/healthcare Technical troubleshooting for software and interfaces Documentation and SOP development User training and support for clinical systems
