About Us:
We are a premier concierge women's health clinic located on the Westside of Los Angeles. We keep our patient list small so that we can provide a highly-personalized comprehensive care experience for our members. Our team of doctors and experts are renowned women's health professionals and we are looking for a highly experienced Medical Assistant to support our patients alongside them.
Position Overview:
In our Senior Medical Assistant role, you'll have the opportunity to work in an innovative new clinic at the intersection of primary, gynecology, and longevity care. Because we operate as a concierge clinic, we see a small number of patients each day. You will be responsible for providing a thoughtful and thorough experience for patients alongside our top-tier physicians and medical staff. We expect you to have strong communication and organizational skills, and to have excellent interpersonal skills when communicating with patients. We are also looking for someone who is willing to learn new skills, adopt new technologies, and adapt to a new way of providing care at a 5-star level. Key Responsibilities:
Patient Experience :
You will be expected to greet patients and deliver an excellent care experience. No task is too small, and nothing is beneath us when it comes to patient experience. We believe that attention to detail and excellent follow-up via phone, text, and email is the key to keeping our patients happy and healthy.
Clinical Care :
You will assist with medical procedures and exams, including taking vitals, administering diagnostic tests and protocols, running labs in our in-house lab, preparing and administering medications as directed by the physician, documenting patient information, and occasionally serving as a medical scribe.
Administrative :
You'll spend time scheduling patient appointments, managing medical records, processing payments, and managing insurance billing and verification. You may also be asked to help with internal scheduling and coordination for our physicians and staff as needed.
Phlebotomy :
Recent experience doing blood draws is required. You will be doing multiple blood draws per day.
Qualifications:
Certification:
Current Medical Assistant certification and/or license (e.g., CMA, RMA) preferred.
Phlebotomy Skills:
Proven experience and proficiency in performing phlebotomy procedures. CPT I or CPT II license is a plus.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, families, and team members. Attention to

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Poise and Professionalism:
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with grace and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
Experience:
4-5 years of prior experience. Bonus if it is in a women's health or concierge care setting. Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN) experience preferred.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and office software. Advanced computer literacy, primarily with Apple products
Immunizations :
Proof of immunity provided for MMR, hepatitis B, tuberculosis, and
COVID-19
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Salary:
$30-$45 per hour - Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
