Phlebotomy:

1 year (Required) Responsibilities Perform blood draws and collect specimens as required Explain specimen collection process to patients clearly and courteously Match laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes for accuracy Review and confirm physician orders and test requisitions Ensure 100% accuracy when checking specimen labels and requisitions Update patient information in the system Store specimens according to required conditions and temperature Package specimens for transport to the lab Follow infection control and safety protocols
