The ideal candidate must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication and patient-service skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills in laboratory techniques, patient service, and clinical support will make a meaningful impact every day. Required Qualifications Active Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients in both languages Previous medical office or front-desk experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional, dependable, and organized Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner Answer phones and assist patients with questions Schedule and confirm appointments Verify patient information and assist with insurance/administrative tasks Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish Assist with clinical duties as needed within the scope of certification and training Perform phlebotomy duties if qualified and authorized Maintain accurate patient records and a clean, organized front desk Provide excellent patient care and customer service What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is highly dependable, professional, patient-focused, and truly bilingual in English and Spanish, with an active Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification.
