Organizes assigned work and ensures the workload is completed in an accurate and timely manner. Maintains high specimen quality. Operates assigned equipment, performs any required maintenance and performs all procedures in a safe manner as instructed. Cross-trained in all areas. Trains new team members on all technology relevant to their area. Helps team members when needed to ensure an orderly workflow.
