Sarasota /Bradenton Area Schedule:
1-2 days per week (7 hour/day) Tuesdays / Thursdays 11:30 AM - 6:30PM Pay Rate:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour (DOE) About the Role We are seeking a skilled, upbeat, and dependable Phlebotomist to join our team on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In this dynamic dual-role, you will perform blood draws, assist with specialized Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) procedures, and support overall clinic operations and patient care. If you are a clinical professional who combines technical precision with a warm, empathetic patient approach, we would love to connect with you.Key Responsibilities Phlebotomy & PRP Support:
Perform routine venipunctures with high accuracy and comfort. Assist the physician directly during PRP procedures, including specimen preparation and handling.Clinical Operations:
Responsible for opening/closing room prep, maintaining strict sanitization and cleanup protocols, and managing clinical inventory/supplies.Patient & Rehab Care:
Assist patients before, during, and after treatment, supporting the physician with light physical rehabilitative care as needed.Patient Experience:
Maintain a bright, positive attitude to foster a welcoming, supportive environment for every patient.Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
2-3 years of daily, high-volume blood draw experience required.Technical Skills:
Proven competency in venipuncture techniques and proper specimen handling. Experience with or willingness to learn PRP protocol handling.Professional Demeanor:
Strong communication skills, exceptional bedside manner, and a proactive team-player mindset.Reliability:
