Job Description

Paralegal for Litigation Downtown Sarasota office of a national law firm seeking an organized, driven, and dedicated paralegal who wants stability and long-term growth. A successful candidate will be proactive, have excellent oral and written communications skills, an eye for detail, and the desire to creatively solve problems on a daily basis. High-level ability to learn, adapt, and use new technology is a must.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain organized client files through the Firm's case management system Maintain strong client relationships with frequent communication Work closely with attorneys to proofread, finalize, and file legal documents Research federal, state, and local rules to ensure that documents are in compliance and deadlines are met Support the Firm's vaccine injury cases through proactive case management To learn more about what we do and how we do it, check out our website (mctlaw.com). Base pay ranges from $24-$34 per hour plus benefits and consistent bonus opportunity.
