The ideal candidate will have a strong background in phlebotomy, excellent patient interaction skills, and the ability to perform blood draws efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Perform safe and accurate blood draws. Verify patient identity and laboratory orders. Label, process, store, and prepare specimens for pickup. Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality. Follow infection-control and bloodborne-pathogen precautions. Maintain a clean and properly stocked collection area. Provide calm, respectful support to patients. Report unsuccessful collections, refusals, or safety concerns to clinical staff. Qualifications Phlebotomy certificate from an accredited program.
