Integrity Compounding Pharmacy is an industry leader in the compounding marketplace. We compound sterile, non-sterile, hazardous, and non-hazardous medications. POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Mobile Phlebotomist & Flex Pharmacy Technician to join our fast-growing, innovative team. This unique role is perfect for a licensed phlebotomist who thrives in both patient-facing and dynamic operational environments. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will travel across the state of Georgia in a company-provided vehicle to perform approximately 10 in-home blood draws per week, as well as perform blood draws at the pharmacy for patients who travel to us. Because you will be visiting patients directly in their homes and acting as the face of our innovative company, top-notch customer service skills and a highly professional presentation are absolute requirements. You must possess superb time-management skills to map and manage your travel schedule, ensuring all blood draws are conducted, handled, and transported responsibly and securely. When you are not on phlebotomy runs, this role is full-time and in-office. You will cross-train to work as a flex Pharmacy Technician and support our fast-paced shipping department. In-office duties include accurately packing, labeling, sorting, and shipping medications, as well as assisting the dispense and compounding teams. Success in this role requires high attention to detail, adaptability, and a willingness to obtain (or already hold) a Georgia Pharmacy Technician License.
REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
Phlebotomy License:
Active Phlebotomy Certification/License is required.
Pharmacy License:
A Georgia Pharmacy Technician License in good standing (or the willingness to obtain one upon hire) is required.
Driving & Travel:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be comfortable driving a company-provided vehicle across the state of Georgia.
Experience:
Previous experience as a phlebotomist, with a high degree of confidence in performing independent blood draws.
Customer Service:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor suitable for in-home patient visits.
Time Management:
Superb organizational and time-management skills to efficiently balance field routes with in-office responsibilities.
Specimen Handling:
Proven ability to draw, handle, and transport blood samples safely, responsibly, and in compliance with all medical guidelines.
Teamwork & Independence:
Ability to work efficiently both independently while on the road and collaboratively as part of a team while in the pharmacy. Attention to
Detail:
High level of accuracy required for labeling, packing, sorting, and shipping medications.
Flexibility:
Ability to multitask and pivot seamlessly between traveling field duties and in-office pharmacy support.
Computer Literacy:
Basic computer literacy required for prescription processing, record keeping, and managing mobile routes.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (availability with flexibility according to company needs and travel distances).
