What You'll Do:

Provides phlebotomy services and selected lab procedures to patients as requested Collect and handle specimens using universal precautions Maintain records, assist with lab charges, and support clerical tasks Maintain security and confidentiality of patient health information Performs clerical functions as delegated

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous phlebotomy experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate Current BLS certification and driver license required Required to become certified as drug and alcohol collector Must successfully complete phlebotomy and lab competencies Previous healthcare office experience preferred Strong customer service and computer skills Selected applicant will be required to complete a drug test, immunizations, vaccinations, background check and other health tests.
