This position performs a variety of tests and consultations as part of corporate health screening events. The contract for Venipuncture Biometric health screening event in Boise, ID on September 22nd and September 23rd.
Time:
6:00 am

  • Opportunities are on a contract basis only
  • Specific tasks typically include:
  • Measurement of height, weight, waist, blood pressure
  • Venipuncture blood draw
Qualifications:
  • Applicants must meet and be able to document completion of training as a Phlebotomist, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, CNA, Medical Assistant, or Lab Technician.
  • 6 months of experience (strongly preferred)
  • Current CPR certification and First Aid certification (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • A reliable form of transportation
  • High degree of professionalism, including keeping Protected Health Information confidential
  • Must comply with a criminal background check
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours
  • Must be able to lift greater than 30 lbs.

Required Skills:
Demonstrated knowledge of clinical procedures. Demonstrated medical knowledge, techniques, and information needed for finger sticks and/or venipuncture. Demonstrated ability to speak effectively and convey information to peers and customers. Professional demeanor and appearance. Demonstrated ability to operate diagnostic equipment.
