Phlebotomist - Immediate Interviewing | Contract-to-Hire! Responsibilities Perform blood draws using straight needles and/or butterfly needles. Label specimens, centrifuge them, record maintenance data, and ensure proper decontamination. Update and maintain accurate patient information. Collect and store specimens according to established procedures. Required Skills At least 6 months of work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting, with a preference for 2 years of experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. High School Diploma or GED. Experience in venipuncture and specimen collection, including pediatric through adult/geriatric patients. Excellent customer service skills.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Itasca, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
