Job Description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Phlebotomist in Chelmsford, Massachusetts ! This role is in person / onsite. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:
Type:
Three-month contract with opportunity for extension!
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4pm
Pay:
$22.30 to $24.30 an hour Responsibilities of the
Phlebotomist:
  • Draw blood from pediatric patient population.
  • Performing venipuncture/capillary blood collection procedures.
  • Process all lab specimens including verifying patient identifiers, barcoding, centrifuging, pouring off, accessioning, creating packing lists and packaging specimens to reference lab at correct temperatures.
  • Ensure proper labeling, handling, and processing of laboratory specimens
  • Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and rooming patients
  • Support providers with clinical and administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical environment
  • Provide outstanding patient service with a warm, professional demeanor Qualifications for the
Phlebotomist:
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Graduate of a phlebotomy training program preferred
  • 1 year of phlebotomy experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay Details:
