About Us RPT Labs, Inc. is a trusted provider of drug testing and safety compliance services. We are looking for a detail-oriented Drug Test Technician to conduct urine drug screenings and breath alcohol tests primarily at our Weymouth, MA collection site, with the ability to float to other RPT Labs locations as needed. This is contractor work, with additional per diem mobile collection opportunities available. Responsibilities Collect urine specimens following DOT and non-DOT protocols Conduct breath alcohol testing using approved breathalyzer devices Maintain proper chain of custody and accurate documentation Ensure a clean, organized, and professional testing environment Follow all confidentiality, safety, and compliance requirements Communicate professionally with donors, clients, and employers Assist with mobile collections on a per diem basis when available Qualifications Ability to work primarily in Weymouth, MA and float to other RPT Labs locations as needed High school diploma or equivalent required Urine specimen collection and/or breath alcohol testing certification preferred, but training is available Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures exactly Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality TWIC card encouraged; if you do not currently have one, we can help you obtain it Reliable transportation required Benefits 1099 contractor position Competitive pay Training and certification assistance Additional per diem mobile collection opportunities Growth opportunities within the company Supportive work environment
