Schedule:
First Shift, 8:00am-5:00pm Why This Role Matters As a Phlebotomist II, you play a critical role in the patient experience by ensuring accurate specimen collection and processing while delivering exceptional customer service. Your work directly supports quality patient care and reliable laboratory testing results. What You'll Do Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric specimen collections following established procedures Prepare, process, label, and maintain specimens for laboratory testing Verify patient demographics and ensure accurate specimen labeling and documentation Provide professional, compassionate service while building trust and confidence with patients Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties Support multiple patient service locations as business needs require What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Strong specimen collection, processing, and documentation skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Keyboard/data entry experience Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred Previous Patient Service Center experience preferred Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call assignments, and overtime as needed Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In it For You Competitive pay Opportunity to work with a respected healthcare organization Hands-on patient care experience in a dynamic clinical environment Exposure to diverse patient populations and specimen collection procedures Potential pathway to long-term employment Ongoing opportunities to expand and enhance your clinical skills Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k) ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
