Job Description

Job Role:
Phlebotomist II Location:
1540 Lake St S, Forest Lake
MN 55025
Shift:
Hire for 8-430pm CST. Help and support with opening to closing as needed. 645-315pm opening.
mid shifts:
730-4pm & 8-430pm. 9-530pm closing
Certificate:
NA Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
REQUIRED.
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Work Experience:
1-3 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections. 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred. Customer service in a retail or service environment highly preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
