Job Summary Client's is seeking a Phlebotomist II (Patient Services Representative II) to join its patient service team in Vadnais Heights, MN. The PSR II serves as the face of the organization by delivering excellent patient care while performing high-quality blood collections and specimen processing. The ideal candidate will have strong venipuncture skills, experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and patient confidentiality. Key Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, and forensic specimen collections following established procedures.

Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing while ensuring specimen integrity.

Verify patient identity and demographic information before specimen collection.

Label specimens accurately in the patient's presence and obtain required patient initials/signatures after venipuncture.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards.

Provide exceptional customer service by creating a positive patient experience.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Travel to multiple Patient Service Centers or physician offices as needed with minimal notice.

Perform daily duties accurately and independently under the direction of the Area Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred.

Phlebotomy certification preferred (required only in California, Nevada, and Washington).

1-3 years of phlebotomy experience including:

Venipuncture

Pediatric collections

Geriatric collections

Capillary collections

Two years of Patient Service Center (PSC) experience preferred.

Previous customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.

Basic keyboard and data entry skills.
