Medical Assistant | Adult Primary Care | Creve Coeur, MO Three Rivers Concierge Medicine (Three Rivers Medicine, LLC) Three Rivers Concierge Medicine is an independent, physician-led primary care practice serving adult patients in a relationship-based, prevention-focused model. Our concierge structure allows for same- or next-day access, longer appointment times, and a lower daily patient volume so our care team can focus on quality, continuity, and patient experience rather than throughput. We are seeking a Medical Assistant with strong phlebotomy skills who enjoys hands-on clinical work, proactive coordination, and being a trusted, visible part of a small, collaborative care team. Why this role is different Lower-volume primary care with time to focus on details and patient relationships Physician-led, independent practice (not hospital-owned or corporate) Meaningful autonomy in a small team where initiative and follow-through matter Blend of clinical support, patient interaction, and care coordination Adult patient population in a calm, professional outpatient setting Stable weekday schedule with occasional flexibility tied to patient needs and practice priorities What you will do Clinical care Perform phlebotomy and manage lab specimen collection, labeling, and processing Assist the physician during in-office procedures and exams Room patients, obtain vitals, and support accurate documentation Provide clear, respectful patient education and support as directed Care coordination and patient experience Manage daily clinic flow including rooming, phones, scheduling, records, and follow-ups Triage routine patient needs and escalate appropriately Anticipate next steps to ensure each patient visit feels seamless, welcoming, and well-organized Support relationship-based care through professional, friendly communication with patients and prospective members Practice operations (small-team environment) Support front- and back-office workflows as needed to keep the day running smoothly Identify gaps or inefficiencies and contribute ideas to improve patient experience and team workflow Provide occasional flexibility outside typical office hours when patient needs or practice priorities require it What you bring Phlebotomy certification and demonstrated proficiency 1+ year of outpatient or primary care experience preferred (initiative, reliability, and attitude matter most) Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfort working across clinical and administrative functions in a small practice Clear, professional communication skills and comfort learning modern clinical systems Genuine respect for patients from diverse backgrounds, identities, and life experiences Bachelor's Degree completion What we offer Competitive pay commensurate with experience Supportive, physician-led environment where your contributions are visible and valued Modern tools and workflows that allow focus on patient care rather than volume Growth opportunities as the practice expands, with potential for increased responsibility over time A care model that prioritizes connection, inclusivity, and outcomes over throughput Ideal fit This role is ideal for a Medical Assistant who is adaptable, organized, and energized by autonomy.
