Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist. In this role, you'll perform phlebotomy, process routine tests, and handle patient lab specimens, supporting a leading independent physician practice focused on delivering superior patient care.Requirements:
Graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy program CPR Certification (preferred) PC/Windows proficiency Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and staff Prioritize patient comfort and satisfactionResponsibilities:
Perform vein punctures and collect blood samples Process laboratory tests according to established procedures Record patient vital signs and update charts or EMR systems Assist with patient examinations and interviews as needed Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all patient interactions Support miscellaneous duties under supervision to ensure smooth laboratory operations #LI-KL1Benefits
