Training Location:
5901 Northwoods Business Pkwy Duration- 3 months
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Phlebotomist I to join the team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have prior phlebotomy experience and be comfortable working in a patient-facing environment with a high volume of daily blood draws. Key Responsibilities Process patient orders accurately and efficiently. Perform blood draws and collect specimens from patients. Complete approximately 30+ blood draws per day. Properly process, label, and handle collected specimens. Package specimens according to established procedures for transportation. Follow proper specimen collection and handling protocols. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Work collaboratively with the team to support daily laboratory operations. Stand for extended periods, approximately 8 hours intermittently throughout the workday. Follow all applicable company and laboratory procedures. Required Qualifications Previous phlebotomy experience is required. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform high-volume blood draws. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Preferred Skills Experience performing 30+ blood draws per day. Experience with specimen processing and packaging. Experience working in a patient service center or similar clinical environment.
