Minimum QualificationsNon-competitive:
High School Diploma or equivalent and one year of experience as a Phlebotomist or a certificate in Phlebotomy from a recognized college, school, training program, hospital, health care facility, or the Armed Services. Additional CommentsOne contingent permanent, non-competitive full-time appointment. The above salary reflects a geographic pay differential of $6,000 and a downstate adjustment of $4,000.
