POSITION SUMMARY
To apply and contribute to the St. Joseph's Health mission and values in o btaining quality blood samples for laboratory analysis to diagnose or monitor medical conditions. Responsibilities include performing venipunctures, specimen handling, patient care and data management . This position combines technical and advisory skills.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE
High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of an accredited phlebotomy program or will graduate within 12 months of hire into role CPR Certification required Phlebotomy Certification required Minimum 3 years of Phlebotomy experience required Medical Terminology required Familiarity with science courses preferred Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required Manual dexterity required Computer knowledge preferred

$18.85-27.75 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
