Phlebotomist

Phlebotomist Trinity Health System Steubenville, OH Service PRN, ANY, Any Req # 10304 JOB SUMMARY Collects and processes blood and other laboratory samples; enters physician orders in Meditech accurately; accurately labels and processes specimens; maintains confidentiality for patient data; and displays a professional image and attitude when performing ALL duties/responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education High school graduate with sufficient knowledge of English, Spelling, Typing, and Math. Certification in Phlebotomy preferred. Training and Experience Some phlebotomy experience preferred.

Completion of Phlebotomy training through an accredited program. Health and Background Requirements Employment contingent upon successful completion of: Physical Background Check Must be physically able to perform all job duties as assigned.
