Shift Location:

Harrisburg, PA 17104

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM; every other Saturday, 7:00 AM-12:00 PM

Spanish & English bilingual required Position Summary Seeking an experienced Phlebotomist II / Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) to perform accurate and efficient blood collection and specimen processing while providing excellent patient service in a professional, confidential, and safe environment. Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection accurately and safely. Collect pediatric, geriatric, capillary, clinical, and forensic specimens. Verify patient demographics, identifiers, signatures, and specimen labels. Process, prepare, and handle specimens according to established procedures. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and patient information. Provide a positive patient experience by clearly explaining procedures and addressing patient concerns. Maintain confidentiality, safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Support Patient Service Centers and in-office phlebotomy locations as business needs require. Demonstrate strong communication, customer service, organization, and judgment. Required Qualifications 3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Spanish and English bilingual proficiency. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong venipuncture and specimen-handling skills. Ability to perform accurate, error-free work in a high-volume environment. Minimum 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred. Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred. Customer service and data-entry/keyboard experience. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable. Flexibility to travel between locations and work weekends, holidays, overtime, or additional hours as needed.
