Walterboro, SC Schedule:
Full-Time | 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts; start time may vary depending on assigned location) Job Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist I to join their team in a float position supporting multiple Patient Service Centers (PSC) and In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP) locations. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of phlebotomy experience, be comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment, and have strong pediatric and geriatric blood draw skills. Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on patients of all ages. Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens accurately. Travel between multiple assigned PSC and IOP locations as needed. Work independently at IOP sites and collaboratively at PSC locations. Verify patient information and maintain accurate documentation. Follow safety, infection control, and specimen handling procedures. Deliver excellent patient care while maintaining professionalism. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or
GED. 1-2
years of recent phlebotomy experience. Experience performing pediatric and geriatric blood draws. Reliable transportation for travel between assigned locations. Strong patient interaction and communication skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to different work locations. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in both Patient Service Centers and physician office settings. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Required Compliance Color Vision Test (Required) Negative THC Drug Screen (Required) Hepatitis B vaccination is recommended but may be declined. Flu and
COVID-19
