We are a Diagnostics Center that performs Drug Testing ( hair, urine and nails) Blood Testing, DNA testing, Mobile Collections and perform PPD and B12 Injections. We are looking to hire a Phlebotomisit for a Collector Position. Must have Phlebotomy Certification and reliable transportation. Must be a self starter and able to work independently and have great attention to detail. Duties will include but are not limited to: Answering the phone and working the front desk, performing collections and observed collections according to DOT regulation and standard laboratory and forensic procedures. The position also requires performing Mobile Collections during office hours and after hours. Office hours mobile collections are paid per collection in addition to the hourly wages. After hour mobile collections require being able to be on call 24/7 when assigned to After Hours Mobile Collections and are paid a flat fee of $90.00 per call out. Position starts at $15.00/hr with an increase to $16.00 after the 90 day mark.
