Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced phlebotomy instructors to join our team. As an instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and facilitating learning in a dynamic educational environment. If you have a passion for teaching and have had at least 3 years of phlebotomy experience, we would love to hear from you.

Available Schedule:
T, W, TH
Evenings for 3 weeks at a time, 5:30 p.m.- 9:30 p.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging curriculum, prepare students for tests and train the necessary hands-on clinical skills needed to become a successful phlebotomy technician
- Provide guidance and support to students, fostering a positive learning environment
- Assess student performance, give tests, record grades and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective teaching strategies
- Demonstrate expertise in patient care and phlebotomy
- Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students
- Promote active participation and engagement in the classroom
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and staff members
- Ability to foster a positive learning environment that promotes student success
- Experience in training or teaching is helpful.
Job Types:
Part-time, Contract Pay:
$19.00- $26.
