Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced phlebotomy instructors to join our team. As an instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and facilitating learning in a dynamic educational environment. If you have a passion for teaching and have had at least 3 years of phlebotomy experience, we would love to hear from you.

It is possible to teach all of them if you are interested.
Available Schedule:
T, W, TH
Evenings for 3 weeks at a time, 5:30 p.m.
  • 9:30 p.
m. (12 hours per week = 36 hours per month)
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging curriculum, prepare students for tests and train the necessary hands-on clinical skills needed to become a successful phlebotomy technician
  • Provide guidance and support to students, fostering a positive learning environment
  • Assess student performance, give tests, record grades and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective teaching strategies
  • Demonstrate expertise in patient care and phlebotomy
  • Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students
  • Promote active participation and engagement in the classroom
Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and staff members
  • Ability to foster a positive learning environment that promotes student success
  • Experience in training or teaching is helpful.
