Gonzales Healthcare Systems has an immediate part-time opening for the position of Phlebotomist. This position is responsible for collecting blood, urine, throat cultures and other laboratory specimens through appropriate and safe techniques, using universal precautions; and processing specimens to be tested and/or referred for testing.

Job Requirements include:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Completion of an accredited phlebotomy course required Certification as a Phlebotomist by a nationally recognized board/agency preferred Gonzales Healthcare Systems, located in Gonzales, Texas has immediate openings for the position of Phlebotomist. Our facility is a 33-bed general hospital providing in-patient acute care to the residents of Gonzales County. The hospital offers a wide range of services including obstetrics, in-patient and outpatient therapy services, diagnostic imaging including CT, MRI and Digital Mammography, full-service laboratory, general and orthopedic surgery, and has a Level IV Trauma Designation.
