  • Enjoy recognition programs, fun incentives, and appreciation events Your Role as a Physical Therapist As part of the Ancora Therapy Team , you will: Provide physical therapy treatment in compliance with state and federal regulations Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patient function, strength, and endurance Routinely assess and update care plans to ensure the best patient outcomes Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and self-care techniques Supervise and delegate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants and Technicians Maintain clear and ongoing communication with the care team to support patient needs Ensure accurate and timely documentation of observations and treatment progress What We're Looking For Current Physical Therapy License in the state of Alaska 2+ years of experience (preferred) Strong communicationtime management skills Valid driver's license , clean driving record, and reliable transportation Proof of current auto insurancevehicle registration Fingerprint clearance card (we can assist with obtaining one) CPR certificationnegative TB test (we can help with these as well) About Ancora Home HealthHospice Ancora, a division of Aegis Healthcare , provides a seamless continuum of care through Mobile Primary Care, Home Health, Palliative Care, Hospice, Outpatient Therapy, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), and Medical Transport.
