- The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers therapeutic procedures in physical medicine and rehabilitation for children and adults as prescribed by a referring physician. This role establishes individualized physical therapy goals, provides treatments, and regularly reassesses patient progress, documenting all findings accurately.
- Essential Functions
- + Conducts thorough physical therapy evaluations to assess patient needs and develops individualized treatment plans across diverse patient populations.
- Qualifications
- + Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required + 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- + Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, therapeutic techniques, and safety standards.
- Licenses and Certifications
