Job Description

Our clinic provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy services in a supportive, collaborative, and family-centered environment. We are dedicated to empowering children and their families with the tools they need to thrive—at home, at school, and in the community. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team. The PT will evaluate, plan, and provide individualized treatment for children with a variety of needs, including gross motor development, gait training, strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional mobility. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations using standardized and clinical assessment tools. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals. Provide direct therapy sessions using evidence-based, play-centered approaches. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in EMR system. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and community outreach as needed. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current state PT license (or eligibility for licensure). Pediatric experience preferred; willingness to grow into pediatric specialty required. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
