What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess each child's physical abilities and needs Design individualized treatment plans targeting specific rehabilitation and developmental goals Deliver engaging, play-based therapeutic exercises to build strength, mobility, and coordination Educate and empower families with practical home strategies and tools Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and the broader care team for coordinated, whole-child care Track progress and adjust plans to keep outcomes moving forward Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations and treatment notes What You Bring Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Valid state PT licensure (or eligibility) Pediatric experience preferred; orthopedic background a plus Strong grounding in physiology and rehabilitation principles Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-first approach Confidence building and adjusting care plans based on real-time patient needs Why You'll Love It Here Flexible scheduling that respects your work-life balance Mileage & travel reimbursement Continuing education credits & professional development support Clear paths for advancement as our clinic grows Referral program rewarding you for bringing great people onto the team A collaborative, supportive culture where your clinical voice matters Ready to help kids move forward with confidence?
