Key Qualifications:
Current Arizona Physical Therapist license Arizona Fingerprint Card, or willingness to obtain Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare physical therapy settings is highly valued Strong communication and teamwork skills with educators, families, and students Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet individual student needs
What You'll Do:
Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services for students in accordance with IEP or 504 plans Assess, document, and monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed Collaborate with teachers, other service providers, and families to optimize student outcomes Support safe mobility and access to school environments Maintain thorough records and participate in meetings as required
