Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Physical Therapist, you will help patients experiencing a wide range of physical challenges-including orthopedic injury, surgery recovery, traumatic brain injury, stroke, or balance conditions-restore their mobility and functional strength so they can regain their independence and achieve optimal health outcomes. Every day you will collaborate with a supportive team of clinical professionals in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will be expected to perform the majority of treatments yourself, delivering direct, hands-on care tailored to each patient's unique recovery journey. To be successful in this role, you must thrive in a collaborative, dynamic setting, possess strong clinical adaptability across diverse patient backgrounds, and be eager to actively engage in peer-to-peer mentoring and teamwork. + Perform initial patient evaluations as well as re-evaluations to indicate the level of progress + Document all treatments and note any status changes + Tailor treatments to individual patients as needed + Seek new learning opportunities and be a resource when others need to learn from you Our Therapy Team has been awarded the Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award for 2 years in a row. Job Requirements Required + High school diploma or GED + Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program + Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting + Licensed by AZ State Board of Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist + American Heart Association Basic Life Support certificate Preferred + Master's or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area + Two (2) years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care Where You'll Work Are you ready to join a healthcare family where your values align with ours?
