Immediate Physical Therapist job opening in private physical therapy and aquatic clinic serving Prescott Valley, AZ.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
We are a family owned and operated physical therapy practice located in Prescott Valley, Arizona. We treat primarily orthopedic injuries, emphasizing manual therapy and exercise. Why you should come work for us: We are a small orthopedic Physical Therapy clinic that provides a comfortable and personable experience for its employees and patients. We had a patient mention it is nice to go where everyone knows your name. We have a cohesive team oriented style of helping each other. If the PT Technicians or the Front Office need help either the front office jumps in to help the Technicians or if the back of the house is slow the PT Techs step in to help the front office. We cross train and make sure that patients are the focus. We have a Technician training model that makes sure that our support staff is educated to demonstrate exercises that the Physical Therapist prescribes and if the patient is having difficulty the technician is instructed to get the Physical Therapist.
Compensation:
$75,000 - $85,000 DOE. $36-$41/hr for part time.

Family-owned and operated business offering physical therapy services to the entire Quad-city area. We are dedicated to providing a friendly environment, to make our patients' physical therapy experience a positive one. We strive to create an environment where the patient can succeed and will want to return for care, contributing to greater patient compliance and positive outcomes. Currently seeking a Physical Therapist, new grad or experienced, to join our team and deliver excellent patient care. We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is personable, calm, with an ability to work with a variety of personalities and maintain a professional demeanor and someone that is willing to take in our environment and mold their experience and ours together. We deliver Outpatient Physical Therapy, Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Aquatic Rehabilitation, Bike Fitting, Wellness Program, Sports Performance Training and more to mostly adult and geriatric patients. Our facility provides both land-based and aquatic environments for rehabilitation. This will offer our patients many options on their road to recovery. A 22' x 15' multi-depth, salt-water pool, will allow our patients to enter into the rehabilitation process earlier and allow an accelerated return to their prior level of function.
Your responsibilities will include:
Physical Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients and provides physical therapy evaluations, modalities and treatments in accordance with professional standards of practice, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care. The staff physical therapist also assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of those patients being treated by Physical Therapy Assistants, technicians or other assistive personnel. You may be assigned to orient staff and students and to assume the duties and responsibilities of the supervisor in the absence of that individual.
