Physical Therapy License Full Job Description Company:
Providence at Home with Compassus This role will cover parts of Castaic, Stevenson Ranch, Santa Clarita, Valencia, Newhall and Saugus.
Position Summary:
As a Physical Therapist, utilize AI-supported documentation to provide focused, patient-centered therapy while easing your administrative workload. This technology allows you to document therapy sessions in real-time and review outcomes more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct therapy sessions tailored to patient mobility and recovery goals. Leverage AI systems to capture therapy progress accurately in real time. Connect with patients without being distracted by documentation tasks. Education and/or Experience Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required. Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in state(s) of employment required. Required within 30 days of hire
  • National Provider BLS
  • American Heart Association. Required upon hire
  • California Physical Therapist License (Vendor Managed)
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The demands of this role necessitate a team member to effectively perform essential functions. Adaptations can be made to accommodate team members with disabilities. Regular standing, walking, and manual dexterity are fundamental, along with the ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. Visual acuity requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. In a healthcare setting, exposure to bodily fluids, infectious diseases, and conditions typical to the field is expected. Routine use of standard medical equipment and tools associated with clinical care is essential.
