Now Hiring Physical Therapists for the 2026-2027 school year! | $56-$70/hr | California-Based | Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per-Diem | Sign-on Bonus (up to $2500) (see details below) SPG Therapy & Education is a specialized pediatric group looking for talented, energetic and creative Physical Therapists to join us! Now offering a sign-on bonus (up to $2500) for candidates hired to this position for the 26-27 school year.
What We're Looking For:
Hold (or are eligible for) a valid California Physical Therapy license Passionate about supporting children in school-based and pediatric settings Posses strong clinical, interpersonal and documentation skills Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with caregivers and professionals Committed to continuous learning professional development Recognized by Our People Based entirely on employee feedback, SPG has been named a Top Workplace for the third year in a row. What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver direct physical therapy services and consultation for children in school or pediatric settings Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments observations, and interviews Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with SMART goals Collaborate with educators, families and team members to support student outcomes Participate in equipment/assistive technology evaluation and trainings Contribute to IEP and medical team meetings as an active member Engage in ongoing professional development, mentorship ands Special Interest Groups (SIGs)
