Full-Time Thrive Physical Therapy is growing! With two DPTs currently on our team, we are looking for a third Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our expanding orthopedic practice in Fountain Valley. We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused clinician who is passionate about orthopedic and musculoskeletal physical therapy and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. Thrive PT works closely with a highly skilled group of orthopedic surgeons, providing an opportunity for direct collaboration and continuity of care from diagnosis and surgery through rehabilitation and return to activity. About Thrive Physical Therapy Our newly renovated clinic is designed to support orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, and functional recovery.

The facility includes:

Throwing wall and squat rack Hi/lo treatment tables Private treatment room for evaluations Cybex treadmill and bike Normatec compression system Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) equipment Diagnostic MSK Ultrasound/EMG Access to a diverse orthopedic and sports medicine patient population Our DPTs work alongside one another and in close partnership with our orthopedic providers, allowing for strong communication and coordinated patient care. What We're Looking For We are looking for a DPT who: Holds a current California Physical Therapist license or is eligible for licensure Has an interest in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation Values evidence-based, individualized patient care Enjoys collaborating with other therapists, physicians, and clinical staff Communicates well with both patients and colleagues Is dependable, motivated, and comfortable working in a growing practice Is interested in continued professional development and expanding clinical skills Orthopedic or sports medicine experience is a plus, but we are also open to clinicians who are eager to develop their skills with the support of an experienced team.
