Overview:
Due to growth, Spring Hill Physical Therapy is now hiring a Physical Therapist in Grass Valley, CA. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with 20 hours and 3 weekdays of availability will also be considered. The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills. New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored. Caseload /
Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting, treating patients of all ages with a diverse orthopedic caseload, including some emphasis on post-op patients. The clinic integrates Pilates-based rehabilitation and craniosacral therapy while offering specialized programs in vestibular and neurological rehabilitation. Candidates with a certified pelvic floor or neurological specialty are highly encouraged to apply, as the practice provides opportunities to expand these services and utilize specialized skills within the clinic. The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported. Full-time PTs should expect to treat 12 patients per day. The clinic provides 1:1 patient care with 40-minute treatment sessions.
Compensation:
The compensation for this full-time position will start in the range of $93,600•$124,800 per year depending on experience.

Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with some flexibility for earlier or later shifts. There are no weekend hours and no major holiday requirements. Clinicians are expected to have availability to work on both Mondays and Fridays. Enjoy excellent work / life balance while honing your skills with a supportive team.
Job Requirements:
Eligible for CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred. New grad PTs will be supported and mentored. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with 20 hours and 3 weekdays of availability will also be considered. Working on both Mondays and Fridays is required for all candidates.
