Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics & Sports Rehabilitation Orthopaedic & Spine Care Physical Therapy | Huntington Beach, CA Orthopaedic & Spine Care Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation team in Huntington Beach. We are an independent, clinician-focused physical therapy practice that believes great outcomes come from giving therapists the ability to spend meaningful, hands-on time with their patients. Our treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy with every patient, functional therapeutic exercise, movement-based rehabilitation, and aquatic therapy to create individualized treatment programs that help patients return to the activities that matter to them. Our clinic provides:

Hands-on treatment time with patients Manual therapy as a core part of every patient's treatment A strong emphasis on functional therapeutic exercise, movement, and progressive rehabilitation Aquatic therapy using our HydroWorx system , including underwater treadmill rehabilitation Approximately a 1:1 Physical Therapist-to-aide ratio to provide strong support during treatment sessions and throughout the day An experienced outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation team A collaborative environment where therapists can discuss cases and continue developing clinically An AI-assisted EMR/documentation system that drastically reduces documentation time and allows therapists to focus more of their day on patient care Experience We prefer candidates with approximately two or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience , but experience is not an absolute requirement. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. For newer clinicians, we provide mentoring and clinical support as you develop your skills in orthopedic examination, manual therapy, treatment planning, exercise progression, and patient management. We are looking for someone who is teachable, clinically curious, communicates well with patients and coworkers, and genuinely enjoys helping people return to the activities that matter to them.
