Our typical workweek runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients to determine their needs, setting personalized goals for rehabilitation and recovery. Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring efficient and effective treatment plans are executed. Implement and modify evidence-based treatment techniques to facilitate optimal patient outcomes. Create tailored fitness and therapeutic programs aimed at improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Document all treatment outcomes and patient communications in compliance with documentation standards. Qualifications A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California. A clean professional record with no board actions or disciplinary measures affecting licensure. Strong skills in manual therapy techniques and the ability to develop and direct individualized exercise programs. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT or similar platforms. Preferred Experience Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
