• Work independently! You choose the clients that are right for you.
• Work as few or as many hours as you would like. Prefer minimum of 4-5 hours per week but can also accommodate 40+.
• You make the schedule that works for you and the client and you see them based on what you feel their needs are to meet their goals!
• See clients 1-on-1. No double or triple booking. You won't have 16+
• clients on your calendar for an 8 hr day.
• No office politics or productivity standards.
• No OASIS paperwork, homebound status, or visit vitals if not clinically needed.
• Higher functioning clients than if working Home Health.
• No weekends unless that is your choice!
