Set measurable patient goals and track progress against benchmarks. Deliver hands-on therapy sessions and supervise exercise programs. Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate care plans. Document treatment sessions accurately in electronic health records. Experience/Qualifications DPT or SPT with licensed physical therapist in state of practice. Provide evidence-based assessments and develop measurable, patient-specific treatment plans.
