Job Description
South Pacific Rehab Services seeks a Physical Therapist to provide resident-centered rehab in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this on-site role, you will perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one interventions that improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
