Position Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established care plans Collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge plans Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and functional mobility

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
