About the Position We're looking for a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Napa. This is a part time position. You'll provide exceptional care to patients in their homes, helping them regain their strength and independence. You'll work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and carry out individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. The goal is to help every patient reach their maximum potential and improve their quality of life.

Coverage Area:

Napa, CA. Candidates must be able to visit patients in their homes throughout the Napa area.

Compensation:

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour What You'll Do Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy to patients in their homes Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible patient outcomes Maintain accurate, up to date patient records What You Bring Current California Physical Therapist license At least 1 year of home health experience Valid driver's license and auto insurance Ability to pass a background check Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and families Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with electronic medical records Bilingual English and Spanish a plus Why Work With Us?
