Job Description
Currently seeking licensed physical therapists eager to apply their skills and knowledge to our fast growing company. Established in 2019, our accredited organization is dedicated to improving the health and well being of patients and their families by offering excellent physical therapy while undergoing hospice care. Physical Therapist (PT)
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce and enhance performance
- Identify need for and make referral to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of the patient
- Instruct, educate and train patients and caregivers in the skills and functions essential for promoting patient independence and productivity, in order to diminish or correct pathology
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
